- Working with country Energy+ Leaders on their Standard Capital Goods Project, indirectly supporting P&L, Toplines along with Margins & Pricing is Key.
- Adhere & Implement Energy+ APAC Standard Work across Large Capital Goods & Strategic Team (Sales Management, Funnel Management, Channel Management & Value Selling)
- People Management: Career Conversation, Employee Development & Succession Planning, Coaching & developing Diverse & Inclusive Team, Talent Management, PIP’s, use of rewards and recognition.
- Execution of strategic goals by communicating tactics based on Energy Transition, Country Based GTM, Top 10 Initiatives & CP management assigning goals across segments / region and ensuring strategic account management at selected accounts.
- Periodically review Standard Solutions Work Flow & Value Proposition, Field Application Specialist Business Development based on Energy+ Priorities, Clean Energy, GTM, Service Initiatives and adapt business priorities based on market environment, market and customer requirements, regulatory requirements, competition and Pall Corp.
- Identify new business opportunities via active collaboration with Marketing, EU, Custom Solutions and Business development activities
- Serve as a senior local leader for all formal compliance matters w.r.t Large Capital Goods Sales Management. Actively creates compliant culture using tools and personal example.
- Raising the bar: Continuously raising expectations of team performance, motivating and supporting team efforts to achieve goals while upholding organizational values and standards: tracking progress towards goals.
- Change leadership: Continuously seeking (or encouraging others to seek) opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing organizational problems and opportunities
- Contracts review & agreements / signatory based on DoA.
- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical) with 16-18 yrs of experience with sound Technical / Process Knowledge of 5+Yrs from Growth Market.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles
- Experience/Knowledge of TPM tools & Processes like Kaizen, PSP, Funnel Management etc
- Min.5 yrs ofexperience in Leadership role, preferably bigger teams and multi geographical teams
- Experience or knowledge in purification and filtration markets
- Very good communication: Business case presentations, customer handling (wrriten and oral)
- Experience of working in Matrix Organisation and MNC
- Willingness to travel – domestic & international, as and when necessary
- Experience with Key Account Management
- Experience or knowledge in purification and filtration markets
- MBA would be an added advantage
- Filtration science, familiarity with filtration and separation devices and methods
- Familiarity with processes in the FTAP markets
- Familiarity with technical procedures and scientific international standards.
- Competitive knowledge; must be able to differentiate Pall’s capabilities vs the competition and have the ability to monetize
