Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for road construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate them into actionable plans.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement best practices in planning and resource management to optimize efficiency and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering & PG Diploma Planning.
Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the highway, street, and bridge construction industry.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
