We look forward to hearing from you!Job Title:AI Engineer Copilot Agent DevelopmentLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: ContractPay Range: 25- 30lpaWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with experience in building intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents that enhance business workflows, automate tasks, and improve user productivity across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI tools
Build conversational and task-based agents integrated with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, internal APIs)
Customize Copilot experiences using plugins, connectors, and prompt engineering
Integrate agents with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure services
Develop workflows using Power Automate and extend functionality with APIs
Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and conversational logic
Ensure security, compliance, and data governance in AI solutions
Monitor, debug, and optimize agent performance and user interactions
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define use cases
Stay updated with latest advancements in AI, Copilot, and generative AI technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in software development or AI engineering
Hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
Azure OpenAI Service
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Strong programming skills in one or more:

Python, JavaScript, C#
Experience with:

REST APIs and microservices
Prompt engineering and LLM-based applications
JSON, webhooks, and API integrations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building enterprise AI assistants or chatbots
Knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
Familiarity with Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, AI Search)
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Understanding of security and compliance in AI systems
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Key Skills

Generative AI & LLM integration
Prompt engineering
Conversational design
API integration & automation
Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Problem-solving and system design

Nice to Have

Experience with GitHub Copilot extensions or plugin development
Knowledge of enterprise data platforms (Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint)
Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration
