As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.The B2B marketing automation consultant is an intermediate-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, design tailored marketing automation strategies, and execute campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and enhance customer engagement.The key responsibilities will include the followingCollaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Provide expert advice on selecting the most suitable B2B marketing automation platform.Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing automation platforms in B2B environment leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, Marketo, PardotServe as CRM solution consultant and design lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programsWork as a BA or Lead the implementation and configuration of B2B marketing automation platforms, such as MS Dynamics 365, Marketo, PardotCreate and execute targeted email campaigns, drip sequences and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impactDevelop documentation and training materials to support ongoing platform usage and skill development.Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments.Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts.Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:Excellent oral and written communication skillsCreating and maintaining client relationshipsStrong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologiesProficient in marketing research and analysisRead about us.Your experience counts!MBA from a tier 1 institute with preferably bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related fieldProven working experience of 5+ years working on B2B Marketing automation solution such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, Pardot, EloquaStrong understanding of end to end of CRM process, lead nurturing and management, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategies, Account Based Marketing (ABM)Proficiency in email marketing best practices, A/B testing methodologies, and campaign optimization techniques.Must have worked in implementation of campaigns, designing marketing emails and delivering outbound marketing activities and customer journeysHave knowledge of lead management in CRM (across marketing ,sales and service), B2B Marketing processes, MQL, SQL etc.Good to have technical experience and certification on MS CRM, Salesforce CRM experience, Marketo, Pardot, EloquaStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.What’s in it for you?An opportunity to work on with key G2000 clients.Potential to with leaders in strategy, industry experts, enterprise function practitioners and, business intelligence professionals to shape and recommend innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies.Ability to embed into everything—from how you service your clients to how you operate as a responsible professional.Personalized training modules to develop your to grow your skills, industry knowledge and capabilities.Opportunity to thrive in a that is committed to accelerate equality for all.
