Location - KolkataSummary:The Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Responsible for end-to-end architectural design and delivery, this role ensures that all projects meet regulatory standards, client expectations, and construction feasibility. The Architect leads design development, manages statutory approvals, and fosters seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Their expertise ensures timely project delivery, compliance with building codes, and high-quality implementation, making them a critical driver of project success and brand integrity.Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, spatial layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building bye-laws, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Lead the preparation and submission of design documents for statutory approvals and maintain liaison with municipal and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and constructability.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure accurate execution.
- Review architectural drawings, material submittals, and construction details for quality and compliance.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to value engineering efforts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including BOQ inputs, design revisions, and progress reports.
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) with valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in delivering large-scale real estate projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
- Strong design and detailing capabilities with a keen eye for precision and aesthetics.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in high-rise buildings or township-level developments.
- Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation.
- Prior exposure to projects delivered by established real estate developers.
