Role: Associate Professor – Finance / Marketing / Supply Chain / OperationsLocation: Autonomous College, North BangaloreTentative Joining: Last week of April 2026 / First week of May 2026Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with MBA studentsWorking Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PMSummary:We are seeking a motivated and research-driven Associate Professor to join the MBA department at a premier autonomous college in North Bangalore. This role emphasizes student mentorship, active participation in academic governance, and engagement in institutional initiatives aimed at advancing teaching quality and student outcomes. The successful candidate will be integral to fostering a dynamic, industry-aligned academic environment.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations
  • Design, develop, and regularly update course content, syllabus, and assessments in alignment with current industry practices and academic standards
  • Provide academic and career guidance to students through one-on-one mentoring and advisory support
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review processes, and academic committees
  • Contribute to institutional efforts in promoting teaching innovation, student engagement, and pedagogical excellence
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Ph.D. in Management or currently in the final stages of Ph.D. with a full-time first-class MBA
  • Minimum 8 years of proven teaching experience in recognized MBA institutions
  • Full-time MBA with a minimum of 55% marks from a reputed Indian university
  • Demonstrated research output with publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Bangalore, Karnataka, South India, or Maharashtra
  • Immediate availability to join, with tentative joining date in the last week of April 2026 or first week of May 2026
