Applying your interpersonal skills, creativity and can-do attitude is crucial. The ability to help with solving customer problems and a commitment to deliver the highest levels of customer service is how you will build customer success.You will be responsible for :

Computer services, Laptop services, Networking, Printer services, Software installation, Preventive Maintenance.
Install new equipment and to perform checks following installation to ensure that all systems are in working order.
Responsible for troubleshooting the problem and assessing whether parts can be repaired or need to be replaced.
Understanding the electrical, electronics, mechanical, and pneumatics of systems
You will be responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair, and validation of Agilent systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
Installation, perform qualifications and optimize hardware/software/network products and method optimization at customer sites.
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

Ideal Profile

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within a Network Engineer / Systems Engineer or Service Management role.
You have a working knowledge of computer services, laptop services, and Networking
Good Personal and professional communication skills
Learning attitude
Sound Technical knowledge
