Job Description:
- Ability to develop and execute Channel Partner Sales Policy.
- Expertise in developing and managing Distributors, Dealers and Value Added Resellers
- Deep understanding of channel distribution models
- Experience of driving large Channel Sales team
- Ability to train and develop Channel Sales team members and Channel Partners
- Ability to resolve Channel conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration among all Channel Partners
- Familiar with Channel market of major UPS Players
- Have implemented Marketing Campaigns along with Channel Partners in different territories
