- Develop and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, and APIs.
- Design and implement scalable solutions focused on the ServiceNow Service Catalog module.
- Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and customizations using Generic Workflow, Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, etc.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Enhance user experience and implement automation to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain and update Service Catalog offerings to ensure scalability and usability.
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance workflow automation.
- Document all configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure clear communication and future scalability.
- Present product demos and technical showcases for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Adherence to ServiceNow best practices, Takeda-defined standards, and Agile development schedules.
- Leverage Takeda’s SDLC toolset for efficient development and deployment.
- Drive innovation and optimize Service Catalog functionality to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements, incorporating new features into solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in architecting, designing and developing ServiceNow solutions (especially, Integrated Risk Management and SecOps modules).
- 2+ experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog module is a must.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance and Security Operations processes.
- Strong expertise with ServiceNow platform development, especially Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and scripting languages.
- Proficient in creating Server-side and Client-side scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (required).
- ServiceNow Application Developer certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (both written and oral).
