With a strong commitment to delivering high-speed broadband services, the company has established a significant market presence and is continuously expanding its customer base.Designation: EB TelesalesExperience: 3 to 5 years experience in selling Telecom connectivity products or managed solution, experience in IT sales/service industriesQualification: GraduationLocation: BangaloreRole Summary- The EB Telesales role is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through effective inbound lead management and outbound database calling.- The role focuses on selling Enterprise Telecom Connectivity and Managed Solutions to business customers, contributing directly to business growth through gross activations and improved ARC value.Responsibilities:- Responsible for sales of Enterprise solution & Telecom Connectivity solution selling (like Corporate Broadband, Leased line, Managed Wi-Fi, SD WAN, etc..) 2. - Candidate to have relevant experience & expertise in Telecom Sales/ Solution Selling of Telecom Products/IT Sales & Services - Reach out to the prospect /database assigned as per productivity norms- Responsible for sales of Corporate Broadband /Managed service solution - Will be responsible for prompt assignment of non-converted leads handled by Self to Field /Level 2 with relevant feedback as prescribed in process - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve the acquired customer issue, coordinate for prompt deploymentKey Result Areas:- Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth with clear focus on Gross activation & Average Revenue per Customer (ARC) value Should possess the following: - Ability to Influence - Customer Sensitivity - Execution Excellence/Do it Right - Proficiency in English (written & spoken) Functional Expertise: - Situation Handling - Enterprise solution selling - Key Account management - Hardware/Network Sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ref:updazz.com)
