This individual will play a critical role in streamlining the end-to-end operations for global sourcing transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep operational insight, and prior experience in international logistics and customs clearance processes.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead daily sourcing operations, ensuring seamless execution of trade finance transactions across multiple geographiesOversee international customs clearance processes—coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with import/export regulationsIdentify gaps in the sourcing-to-shipping cycle and implement solutions to improve turnaround time, efficiency, and cost-effectivenessCollaborate with internal teams (credit, product, tech) and external vendors (suppliers, logistics providers, customs agents) to drive smooth operational execution.
Ensure accurate and timely handling of trade documents such as BLs, invoices, packing lists, COO, and customs filingsProactively identify risks in cross-border operations and implement mitigation strategies, especially related to delays in customs clearance or non-complianceTrack key operational KPIs and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement in sourcing and logistics processesWhat You’ll Be Doing:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
