Business/ System Analyst

• Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Analyze and map complex business processes from beginning to end.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for the development team.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI.

• Create user stories, process flows, and use cases.

• Collaborate with the development and business teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

• Experience as a Business or System Analyst in a technology or software environment.

• Familiarity with workflow automation and business process management concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
