Personal Styling: Offer personalized styling advice based on individual body types, preferences, and fashion trends. Create complete looks by suggesting coordinated outfits and accessories. Sales and Upselling: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and encouraging add-on purchases. Upsell by introducing customers to new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive items. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution. Visual Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining an attractive and organized store layout by arranging displays and ensuring merchandise is well-presented. Assist in setting up visual merchandising displays to highlight key fashion trends and promotions. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Assist in regular stock checks and participate in inventory management activities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and positive work environment. Share insights, trends, and customer feedback to contribute to the overall success of the store. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
