Key Responsibilities :- Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets through new client acquisition and upselling to existing accounts.- Monitor and maximize revenue from existing client relationships.- Collaborate across departments including Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Client Services to ensure a seamless client experience.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.- Gather market and customer requirements, and work closely with the Product Team to enhance offerings.- Identify client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.- Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations and product demonstrations.- Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and clearly communicate them to the Development team.- Draft and present customized proposals aligned with client needs.Ideal Candidate Profile :- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably in Telecom or SaaS sectors.- Strong customer-facing skills, with an ability to engage decision-makers and influencers.- Excellent in proposal writing, presentation, and solution articulation.- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving initiatives from discovery to closure.- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
