Position: Senior Physics Faculty – NEET & JEE (Main & Advanced)Location: Namchi, Sikkim (willingness to relocate to Gangtok if required)Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years (preferably 5+) of teaching Physics to NEET/JEE aspirantsKey ResponsibilitiesSubject Delivery: Teach Physics for NEET & JEE aspirants, covering the entire syllabus of Classes 11 & 12 with focus on problem-solving and conceptual clarity.Lesson Planning: Prepare structured lesson plans, notes, and assignments aligned with exam patterns.Assessments: Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and mock exams; analyze results and provide constructive feedback.Student Mentorship: Guide students through one-on-one sessions to resolve doubts and strengthen weak areas.Curriculum Development: Contribute to study material preparation, question banks, and performance improvement strategies.Exam Readiness: Keep updated with evolving NEET/JEE trends and ensure teaching methods are exam-oriented.Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members for curriculum planning and institutional development.Technology Integration: Use online and offline teaching tools to make sessions more interactive and effective.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics/Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech.).Minimum of 4 years of proven experience teaching Physics for NEET/JEE in reputed coaching institutes.Strong record of mentoring students who achieved excellent ranks in competitive exams.Candidates with background in established institutes (Allen, FIITJEE, Aakash, Narayana, etc.) will be preferred.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent command over Physics concepts and numerical problem-solving.Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.Effective classroom management and ability to engage large groups of students.Analytical ability to identify learning gaps and design strategies to improve performance.Passion for mentoring and motivating students to achieve their academic goals.Proficiency in both traditional teaching methods and digital teaching platforms.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Salary: ₹10-15 LPA (based on experience and performance).Full-time, permanent role with fixed working hours.Benefits include Provident Fund and Leave Encashment.
