Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Grails, Java, and associated frameworks.
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features.
Design and optimize SQL queries for MySQL and Aurora databases.
Build responsive front-end components using jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, and AJAX.
Integrate reporting features using Jaspersoft Studio.
Work with source control systems such as GitHub and GitLab.
Deploy applications on Tomcat web servers in both Windows and Linux environments.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit/integration testing.
Maintain documentation and follow best practices in version control and code structure.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of professional experience in software development.
Hands-on experience with Grails, JAVA and Groovy.
Proficiency with Javascript, J2EE, JQuery, Bootstrap or other JVM-based technologies.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Aurora.
Knowledge of Git and collaborative development tools (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab).
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
