Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a B2B Business Development Manager based in Chennai. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and prospecting potential B2B clients, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, competitor research, and staying updated on industry trends. Qualifications Minimum 2years and above experience in B2B business development and sales skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to identify and prospect potential clients Experience in maintaining and nurturing client relationships Proven track record in achieving sales targets Market analysis and competitor research skills Knowledge of financial services industry Ability to work well in a team and independently AnyBachelor's degree
