The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, UX/UI design, and clean front-end development practices. They should also have working knowledge of WordPress, web performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility.Key Responsibilities:· Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites aligned with brand identity and business goals· Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or other CMS platforms)· Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes as needed· Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging· Regularly test and update websites to enhance performance and security· Optimize site speed and implement SEO best practices· Manage hosting environments and domain setups· Maintain consistency in branding, layout, and design standards· Troubleshoot issues and bugs in a timely mannerRequirements and Skills:· Proven experience in website design and front-end development· Website designer - at least 2 years of experience· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks like Bootstrap· Solid understanding of UX/UI principles· Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)· Strong visual design skills and familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools· Basic SEO knowledge and web performance optimization· Strong communication and collaboration skills· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines· Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic A/B testing tools is a plusPreferred Experience:· E-commerce website design/development· Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g. Lottie, Webflow animations)· Working knowledge of Git or version control· Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
