The role requires a good understanding of how compliance & fraud identification work at Uber. An ideal candidate for uTRIPS is encouraged to have very strong investigation skills, comfort with heavy data points, along with good communication & collaboration leadership skills as you would be required to handle critical blocking issues and high impact projects.Your Impact in Role:
  • Support with policy updates, bugs, outages and blocking issues
  • Perform investigations and make accurate decisions on Denying or Approving a refund/ refund policy abusers
  • Work on content development in case of gaps in the SOPs/KB pages
  • Pitch in for facilitating training, onboarding as well as refresher trainings
Basic Qualifications
  • Proven track record to provide detailed support for blocking issues and be the go-to person for any policy related concerns
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying trends and insights. Proven understanding of Google sheets is a must, SQL knowledge is a bonus
  • Work in a 24x7 support environment, pro-actively take initiatives/ suggest improvements and work closely with the TLs in carrying out projects
  • Ability to train new hires, floorwalkers and set up them up for success when they start of production
  • Be a positive doer and strong Uber culture advocate; support the team in the TL's absence. Outstanding verbal and written skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be in the current roles for 6 months at least
  • Extensive experience taking care of different risk, safety & compliance teams and having a good understanding of Fraud is a must
