• Accomplishment of agreed service deliverables

• Core Underwriting, Managing Underwriting department’s key deliverables, Risk Management, Process improvement and Training of the team.

• To manage underwriting turnaround time for all New Business and Revival cases

• To manage the grievances and complaints of internal and external customers. • To manage underwriting query box to address Sales queries

• Proactively, ensure mechanisms or information cascade to reduce complaints / queries

• Analysis and use of data in planning, implementing and controlling for efficient and effective functioning.

• Organize branch/sales interaction through visits or VC’s to communicate the underwriting philosophy and guidelines and solicit feedback.

• Adherence to Turn around time and quality for all underwriting cases

• Meeting productivity targets for self.
