  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales techniques and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Good product knowledge and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to network and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy solutions to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
