In addition, the project technician may be required to carry out installation of the project and provide support during the integration phase .RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble, Test, Validate ,Trouble shoot and Disassemble both Serialised Track and Trace and non-Serialised solutions.
Conduct system performance Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) either in person or virtually with the customer and assist the customer with all their queries during the FAT.
Prepare, maintain and review validation and compliance documentation.
Provide system training to customers if required.
Provide service on systems to determine nature and scope of a situation and take corrective action.
Active involvement in new product development ,its trials and testing with documentation.
Promote company products.
Based on company requirements , may have to carry out installation ,IQ/OQ , site Acceptance tests ( SAT) and participate in engineering or sales visits.
Must be willing to work in the assembly department based on requirements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Must hold a Diploma or Degree certificate in Electrical /Electronics or related disciplines or must have at least 5+ years industrial (in Production/Quality Control or relevant departments) experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Must demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in English with strong attention to detail.
Ideally must be able to speak Konkani & Hindi
Must demonstrate problem-solving skills and have a "can-do attitude".
Must be flexible to travel to customer sites nationally and internationally.
Must hold a full, clean driving license.
