- Oversee and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of hydroelectric equipment such as turbines, generators, control systems, and switchgear
- Ensure all electromechanical systems are installed and operated according to design specifications and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, technicians, and contractors involved in project execution
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all electromechanical activities
- Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Assist in planning and execution of project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Prepare technical reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
- BE/B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering on regular basis.
- 6+ years of in electromechanical works in Hydro/PSP.
