Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Identify potential customers, build relationships, and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Transacting Industrial Automation Solutions' Hardware and Software Products along with Services within the assigned Geographic Territory
- Conduct solution demonstrations and proofs-of-concept to showcase LogicLadder's capabilities.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and budget constraints. Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences and other engagements as required to present product solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or physics is typically required
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in the sustainability, energy, or technology sectors.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background,
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Thorough understanding of LogicLadder's products and services, as well as the broader sustainability software landscape.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the capability to communicate concisely and effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ability to understand client needs, map LogicLadder's solutions to those needs, and position the value proposition effectively.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce and sales processes like SPIN selling.
- The ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- A high level of literacy in IT personal productivity systems, such as email and electronic diaries.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies based on evolving market conditions and customer feedback.
- Familiarity with relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Understanding of the B2B industry or market segment of product-based companies.
- Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, leveraging diverse skills for successful client engagement.
