Job Description:Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Health Data Intelligence Platform. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.Oracle Health Data, Analytics Platform has a rare opportunity to play a critical role in how Oracle Health products impact and disrupt the healthcare industry by transforming how healthcare and technology intersect.Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
progressive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
Deep technical expertise in Distributed systems, Java, cloud technologies, and application modernization.
Previous experience in healthcare technology or related fields is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate technical vision into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Application Modernization: Lead the modernization efforts and ensure it align with industry standards and best practices.
Visual Experience: Champion the development of a visually appealing and user-friendly interface that caters to the needs of healthcare professionals and their customers.
Cloud Integration: Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and ensure seamless integration within the healthcare sector.
Application Development: Leverage your expertise of product development to advance the capabilities, enabling it to provide valuable insights and support to healthcare professionals.
Healthcare Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that transform the healthcare landscape.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to applying SDLC best practices to healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligning it with the company's objectives and healthcare industry trends.
