Position: Jr.Account Executive Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai Qualification B.Com/Mcom Experience Between 2 years to 3 years Job Responsibilities The Incumbent should be well versed in the Bills Payable Processes (End to End) i.e at the time goods received at the Factory Gate to Until its Payment to the respective vendors as per the due date. This includes the Domestic Invoices as well as Import Invoices. He / She should prepare the Cash Outflow Forecast based on this function on Weekly basis with the forecast for next 3 months projections and to support the Finance team to consolidate and submit the final Cash Flow statement to CFO (incharge). The regular reconciliation of Supplier Ledgers and to ensure that there should not be any dispute with respect to the balances between the Company and Supplier On time issuance of Debit Note (if required) as per the confirmation received from the Quality Department due to Rejection of goods (either at the time of Inward or rejections during the Line of productions. Clear Reconciliation of GR and IR and ensure that there will not be any dispute or pending activities on the same. Additional portfolios Develop strong and long-term Supplier /client relationships Act as the liaison between Supplier /clients and account executives Requirements and skills Experience in Bills Payable Function with SAP/Tally, MS Office (particularly MS Excel) An ability to understand and analyse bills payable to suppliers and its performance metrics Good communication and analytical skills Good problem-solving attitude
