Position Summary: Senior Oracle Hyperion Consultant - Planning/EPBCS We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and EPBCS Implementation and Administrative Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients harness the full potential of Oracle Hyperion solutions to optimize their financial processes and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: .Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized EPM solutions using Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and EPBCS. .Lead implementation projects, including system configuration, data integration, and application development. .Conduct system assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing existing Oracle EPM environments. .Administer and maintain Oracle Hyperion applications, ensuring optimal performance, data accuracy, and system security. .Provide demos, training, and support to end-users, empowering them to utilize Oracle EPM applications effectively. .Troubleshoot issues, perform system upgrades and stay informed about the latest Oracle EPM software releases and best practices. .Communicate effectively with clients and team members, managing project timelines and expectations. Qualifications: .Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Information Technology, or related). .Proven experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and EPBCS implementation and administration. .Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. .Proficiency in data integration and ETL processes. .Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. .Effective communication and client-facing skills. .Oracle Hyperion certification is a plus. .Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. .Ability to work different shifts (day, evening, nights, and weekends). .Experience or certification in other technology such as OneStream XF is a plus.
