Manage PM schedules for heavy-duty fabrication machinery.

Minimize downtime through rapid breakdown response.

Lead a team of technicians with a focus on safety first.

What you bring:

Diploma (Mach/Elect) + 6–12 years in industrial maintenance.

Expertise in EOT cranes, welding equipment, and power tools.

Requirements

Core Skills: Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown

Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), MTTR & MTBF, Asset Lifecycle Management.

Technical: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding Machine Repair (Inverters/Rectifiers),

EOT Crane Maintenance, PLC Troubleshooting, Spare Parts Inventory.

Safety/Compliance: LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), OHSAS, ISO 9001, Industrial Safety

Standards.BenefitsPlanning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual Preventive Maintenance (PM)calendars.

Response: Lead the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical

breakdowns to meet MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) targets.Inventory: Maintain a critical spares list and coordinate with procurement to ensurezero delays due to part shortages.

Safety: Enforce strict adherence to LOTO and other safety protocols during all

maintenance activities.

Documentation: Maintain digital logs of machine history, costs, and performance

metrics.
