- Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in the basic science subjects such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, and pharmacology to undergraduate and postgraduate dental students.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods, instructional materials, and assessments to enhance student learning outcomes and engagement.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory practical sessions and research projects related to the basic science subjects.
- Participate in curriculum development, revision, and assessment activities to ensure alignment with the latest standards and requirements.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities, including grant proposal writing, manuscript preparation and submission, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other academic and administrative activities to contribute to the overall growth and development of the college.
- Maintain professional expertise and knowledge through continuous learning, attendance at relevant conferences and workshops, and collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
- A Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degree in Prosthodontics or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years of teaching and research experience in a dental college or related institution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation, scientific research methods, and data analysis.
