oriented professional to lead our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is a high-
impact role focused on strengthening our month-end close, improving processes, and partnering
across teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for

● Lead and oversee the general ledger function, ensuring accuracy and
completeness of transactions, including accruals, amortization of prepaid
expenses, fixed asset and lease accounting, bank reconciliations, and other
month/quarter-end activities
● Drive the month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation process with strong
focus on SOX compliance; continuously enhance controls through automation,
ERP improvements, and AI-driven solutions
● Own and improve ERP and accounting processes to ensure scalability,
adaptability, and efficiency in a fast-growing global environment
● Manage and mentor a team of ~10 members (including 3–4 direct reports),
fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementStrategic & cross-functional contributions
● Partner with Finance leadership on strategic initiatives, including reorganizations,
acquisitions, and due diligence activities
● Perform and review flux analysis of the consolidated P&L and balance sheet;
provide actionable insights to optimize costs and improve business efficiency
● Translate complex data points into meaningful outputs and metrics for decision-
makingStakeholder managementServe as the primary liaison with auditors (international subsidiaries) and key
internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth audit execution with zero
escalations.
Collaborate across teams to align accounting processes with business
operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.QualificationsQualifications & experience● Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 8–10 years
of experience in corporate accounting, preferably with technology companies
● Expertise in US GAAP, Ind AS, SOX compliance
● Strong expertise in general ledger accounting, financial close processes, and
technical accounting matters
● Demonstrated problem-solving ability, with a track record of improving
productivity, driving efficiencies, and leading by example
● A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset — you're energized by both strategic planning
and hands-on executionTools & systems
● Hands-on experience with NetSuite leading ERP systems (NetSuite, or
equivalent)
