? Add value in performing Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Thematic Assessment by self and team for Retail Assets, WB Banking, Credit Cards, BB Banking & SME
? Assist Business Departments for compliance of regulatory guidelines in Retail Assets, WB Banking, Credit Cards, BB Banking & SME
? Ensure that the team conducts continuous risk assessments of Retail Assets, WB Banking, Credit Cards, BB Banking & SME
? Act as subject matter expert for new processes and initiatives for the Bank
? Monitoring & reviewing of key risk indicators for the business units
? Advise internal stakeholders across the business on best practices to ensure risks are minimized
? Have hands on experience for independently handling discussions with Top Management of the Bank
? Partner, support and liaise closely with the Operational Risk Management team to implement all key operational risk components/ programs applicable to different business functions.
? Oversee records of operational risk incidents reported by the business units in line with BASEL categorization of business lines and loss events.
? Ensure Product and Process Notes of Wholesale banking, Retail Assets and SME, Credit Cards address operational, and security related risks & evaluate the controls to mitigate these risks as per regulatory and bank guidelines
? Ensure key risks identified in the Wholesale banking, Retail Assets, Credit Cards and Security environment of the Bank are highlighted to the Senior and Top Management periodically
? Ensure inventory of processes, risks and controls for business functions are up-to-date and periodic risk and control self-assessment are performed and completed as per defined timelines
? Ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Operational Risk Events (ORE) conducted suitably and corrective & preventive actions implemented on time
? Contribute to the review of internal policies and processes and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement
? Develop and maintain periodic risk reporting to stakeholders for effective tracking and reporting of risk items and issues across business functions
? Monitor and track all the findings of the control validation reviews and self-identified issues using the corporate tools & controls
