KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Secretarial and process management support with regards to the maintenance of the legal processes such as Corporate Rulebook and related communications, corporate governance review, follow ups and summaries (excel, power point).
  • Support with collecting input for litigation, Antitrust and other legal reporting.
  • Update of the internal web (Connect) pages owned by Legal.
  • Secretarial and process management support with regards to update of Delegations of Authority, legal training programs as well as internal follow ups on assigned topics.
  • Preparation of board of director meetings and other committees.
  • Extract and administer reports (e.g., to management, Group and others).
  • Management and preparation of lists and data.
  • Preparation of Spot-Check activities and Power Point presentations.
  • Vendor set-up, creation of purchase orders and payment requests and related follow-up.
  • Administration of legal tools and access (e.g., Dilitrust, Namirial e-signature tool etc.).
  • Monitor status of audit findings on behalf of Legal (including status checks with finding owners).
PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA/ Company Secretary (Qualified/Inter)/ LLB (company law matters).
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably as a project manager, preferably in Finance, Legal, Compliance or Organizational Management.
  • Ability to undertake initiative and deliver quality results often with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously yet still displaying strong team work ethics and attributes.
  • Strong analytical, process management, structural thinking and implementation skills.
  • Thorough understanding of business and financial implications of technical analysis.
  • Strategic thinking and tactical problem solving; frame issues and create effective plans for execution.
  • Strong professional presence, excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage relationships both internal and external.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet set deadlines.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Power Automate as well as affinity and flexibility towards the use of different digital tools and programs.
  • This is a global role where the candidate would be supporting the Europe, WELAM, US and APAC Legal team, so dealing with time zones will need to be managed.
  • Everything will be done in English so a high level of verbal and written communication in English is mandatory.
  • Additional Language (Not Mandatory): French, German or any other foreign language.
