Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction across campaigns.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency.- Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and KPIs.- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, performance marketing, SEO, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations for multiple accounts simultaneously.- Present campaign plans, performance reports, and creative ideas to clients.- Monitor ongoing campaign performance and suggest optimizations.- Handle client queries and troubleshoot issues to maintain high client satisfaction.- Prepare and present monthly reports and reviews.- Assist in upselling agency services and identifying business growth opportunities.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email marketing, etc.).- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
