- Develop, write, and maintain product documentation, including user guides, API documentation, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for both technical and non-technical users.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand features, workflows, and architecture.
- Create content for developer documentation including APIs, SDKs, and integration guides.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style standards.
- Maintain and update documentation in line with product releases and customer feedback.
- Work with UI/UX teams to integrate in-product help, tooltips, and tutorials.
- Contribute to documentation strategy, including structure, format, and knowledge management best practices.
- Leverage tools such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Confluence, Git, Markdown, and CMS systems for authoring and publishing.
- Collaborate with support teams to enhance knowledge base and self-service documentation.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Writer for software products.
- Strong ability to understand and explain complex software concepts (cloud, APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, SaaS).
- Hands-on experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown, Git, Oxygen XML, or similar).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and product development lifecycle.
- Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, cloud-based applications, and data platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
