Position Name - Sr Manager - Credit Analyst & Debt SyndicationLocation - Mumbai BKC - Work from OfficeExperience Range - 3+ yearsAbout the client:Our client, is a SEBI Registered Category-I Merchant Banker, offers a diverse range of financial services, specializing in Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, and Debt Capital services for institutions, corporates, promoters, and high-net-worth clients.Job Roles and Responsibilities:Handle a small team/group of credit analysts.Preparation of Financial ProjectionsCorporate PresentationProposal notesCoordination with lender etc.Qualification and Experience:

Experience in preparation of Financial Projections,Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination with bank etc.
Experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value more than INR 15 crores for corporates/NBFC/Real estate.
Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring,/Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered.
Working in the finance department of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores.
Excellent command over Excel and Powerpoint
