- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in program/project management or related fields.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be an added advantage.
