- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms.
- Help with pre-joining formalities and documentation of selected candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on recruitment-related tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
