Job Summary: We are looking for an engineer with strong technical and language skills. The role will involve a wide range of interesting and challenging activities that cover product testing, scripting, record keeping, and working with a range of documentation and R&D teams. You will need to have a calm and focused manner to ensure that requirements are fully assessed and to then develop strategies to track and deliver on those requirements against tight deadlines. As part of this role, you will work within a global multi-functional team to develop test criteria and develop automated tests within the existing test environment.Job Responsibilities:

Get an in-depth understanding of the assigned products
Work with cross-functional teams to produce and maintain end-user documentation, including User Guides, Deployment/ Installation Guides, and Tutorials/Getting started guides
Review and suggest changes to UI text and Product messages as per Cadence standards
Create product-related videos and blog posts for posting on company sites and social media as required

Experience and Technical Skills required:

Knowledge of windows is essential. Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
Programming knowledge in Python, Perl, Confluence wiki, is strongly desired
Experience with an error tracking and reporting product is valuable Bachelor’s degree in any relevant technical field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English, are mandatory as the candidate will be interacting with a global team.
Ability to follow a schedule is essential.
Ability to detect, report and explain defects effectively is crucial
Possess good analytical, problem-solving skills.
Understand test processes and methodologies in a software development environment.
Self starter, self sufficient, able to work independently as well as with teams, able to multitask.
