Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising household staff
(housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, drivers etc.).
Schedule Management: Coordinating schedules for family members, staff,
and appointments.
Household Maintenance: Overseeing upkeep, repairs, and maintenance
of the property and its systems (HVAC, security, etc.).
Budget Management: Managing household finances, tracking expenses,
and ensuring expenditures stay within budget.
Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events, parties, and special
occasions.
Errand Running: Handling various errands, including grocery shopping,
dry cleaning, and other tasks.
Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory of household supplies and
restocking as needed.
Guest Relations: Greeting and attending to guests, ensuring their comfort
and satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks: Managing household paperwork, bills, and other
administrative duties.
Travel Arrangements: Booking travel for family members and managing
travel logistics.
