We create content, tools, and experiences that simplifyfinance in a practical, easy-to-understand way.Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on graphic designer who can handle both static and video content, witha strong focus on speed, consistency, and smart use of AI tools.This is not just a design role. This is an execution role where output matters.Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design

Create social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)

Design blog banners, thumbnails, carousels

Maintain brand consistency (Inter font, white + green theme, clean layouts)

Work closely with content and marketing team

2. Video Editing

Edit reels, YouTube videos, podcast clips

Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion

Create short-form content optimized for engagement

Tools Expected

Photoshop / Illustrator

Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects (basic)

Figma (basic)

AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.)

What Matters Most

Speed + consistency

Ownership of work

Ability to work with the team smoothly

Output quality over fancy ideas
