This is an exciting role and would entail you to: 1. Order to Cash Consultation: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of each step in the client's supply chain, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement. Collaborate with clients to optimize order-to-cash processes. 2. Deduction Clearance Management: Manage the process of disputing and validating claims, including the recovery of shortages on invoices. File chargebacks and work on recovering fine amounts, analyzing root causes and suggesting issue fixes related to client logistics. Validate price discrepancies on client invoices and work towards retrieving the difference. 3. Fee Reduction: Identify root causes of incurred costs and develop plans to avoid them proactively. Implement strategies to reduce fees and enhance cost-effectiveness in the supply chain. This may be the right role for your if you have, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in Vendor Central and Seller Central. Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, preferably Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side (a big plus). High attention to detail and a commitment to perfection. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and devise solutions to complex problems. Proficient in basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Google Sheets/Docs. Strong time management skills, including prioritization of various client projects. Ability to analyze client data and translate it into actionable insights. Consultative mindset focused on helping others learn, problem-solve, and succeed. Experience in managing multiple projects along with day-to-day tasks.
