Their team collaborates successfully with stakeholders to deliver tangible results with technology as an enabler.An Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate should have 5+ years of solid experience working on Enterprise Storage Arrays Nimble, 3PAR, Primera, Alletra, MSAKey Competencies:1. The position involves taking a leadership role with customer teams and internal teams to resolve problems, maintain managed backup operations and, when necessary, to return systems to operational status.
2. The job also involves leading communication between other technical teams, customer and internal organization to fulfill customer needs and accomplish customer satisfaction.
3. Supporting and troubleshooting Storage and SAN issues in widely distributed environment.
4. Plan and implement best practices for Storage and SAN solutions
5. Proactive measures to ensure adequate storage (Nimble, 3PAR, Primera, MSA or any HPE storage in scope) capacity is available.
6. Create SOPs and update documentation for various Administration activities on Storage and SAN.
7. Perform configuration changes as per design and build.
