Employee Records and Administration: Maintain and update the employee database with accurate information. Manage HR filing systems and ensure data is up-to-date. Handle termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews. Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and resolve related errors. Track employee attendance and leave.
