- Administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.) to support HR business processes.
- Managing user access, security roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors.
- Supporting data integrations between SuccessFactors and other third-party HR or business systems (e.g., SF Integration Center, payroll, time management, identity management, etc.).
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with SAP Support, HR and IT teams.
- Assisting in the implementation of new SuccessFactors module.
- Identifying and diagnosing data quality issues within SuccessFactors and recommending solutions.
- Creating queries and reports for the HR user community using SuccessFactors and related analytics tools.
- Documenting system configurations, changes, and resolutions for future reference.
- Participating in system upgrades, testing new features, and validating enhancements.
- Maintaining compliance with data privacy and security standards in HR systems, including adherence to governmental regulations across multiple countries.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (required)
- Five years of experience in HRIS administration, with at least two of those years in SAP SuccessFactors (required)
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration
- Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
- Experience working with third-party HRIS systems and integrating them with SAP SuccessFactors, including familiarity with integration technologies (e.g. CPI, APIs, SFTP) and troubleshooting data flows
- Experience with data migration and integration processes
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of the development lifecycle for HR systems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate HR business requirements into system solutions
- Experience with system testing, validation, and user training
