- Lead generation and Demand generation
- Drive demand generation through digital channels by creating targeted campaigns to attract startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small-to-medium businesses.
- Implement and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic, improve rankings, and generate leads.
- Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to support business growth.
- Content Creation & Management
- Develop and manage content strategies for digital channels, including the website, social media.
- Work with creative teams to produce high-quality digital content (graphics, videos, blogs) that highlights the benefits and unique features of our flexi-space offerings.
- Optimize content to improve user engagement and retention.
- Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) to build brand awareness and engage with the community.
- Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement and reach.
- Foster online communities and encourage conversations around our flexi-space offerings.
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, offers) to nurture leads and engage with current and prospective customers.
- Use email automation tools to segment lists, personalize messages, and optimize open and conversion rates.
- Monitor email performance and continually test and refine content and strategies for better results.
- Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our business.
- Analyze customer behavior and industry trends to optimize digital campaigns across platforms.
- Collaborate with senior management to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Brand Presence and Reputation Management
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor online reviews, feedback, and reputation on platforms such as Google My Business and others to ensure a positive online presence.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google search console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, WordPress, MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Hands on experience with e-mail marketing platforms and in managing and executing paid media campaigns and budgets effectively.
