Management. Data Analysis, MIS, Power Point Presentation. Coordination with
Insurers and Vertical Product Managers to manage, lead and get the requirements
on the distribution of insurance products to achieve business.Key Accountabilities· Build relationship with Insurers and product mangers of all verticals in Avanse.· Data Analysis, Snapshots, Presentations and day to day Trackers.· Understand the Insurance Ecosystems and its broad categories for existing product adoption and exploring new products updates in market.· Work internally across functions such as Products, Operations & IT to ensure high quality service delivery at Insurance AccountsKey Responsibilities· Understanding and representing user needs.- Develop & execute an overall business plan covering all insurance activities across all
channels based on business targets in alignment with Insurance Partners and global
strategy- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.· Performance Management- Sharing regular and monthly reports- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.- Tracking penetration of Insurance products across client segments- Pendency’s and Issuance· Product Development and Operational workflow- Identify insurance product needs for all customer segments with all channels,
product managers and segment managers together and develop appropriate product
and service propositions / offerings with Insurance Partner/s· Monitor operational activities to ensure that they are compliant with- Local regulations, policies and procedures.· Marketing and Brand Management- Initiate, execute and manage marketing programmes and strategies in line with
business objectives- Ensure brand compliance for all above and below-the-line communication
according to local / global standards for SCB and relevant Insurance PartnerCompliance & Control- - Actively monitoring and maintenance of policies and controls / standards- All insurance-related staff and activities are compliant with local and Group
