Job Overview: As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students and individuals in their educational journey, providing them with support, advice, and resources to help them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Certification or licensure in counseling or related field may be required (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor). Previous experience in education counseling, advising, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
