Lead - Endpoint Security & Tooling - 8 to 14 Years - HybridWe are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Lead - Endpoint Security & Tooling to manage and enhance endpoint security infrastructure for a global enterprise organization.Role Overview:You will be responsible for leading configuration, deployment, and management of endpoint security tools, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and platforms like Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or Symantec.Key Responsibilities:

Lead deployment and management of endpoint security tools.
Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and configuration.
Oversee policy configuration for Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Symantec, etc.
Coordinate incident response related to endpoint security threats.
Ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams for secure hybrid environments.
Conduct audits and reviews of security configurations and compliance reports.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security strategy.

Key Requirements:

8-14 years of experience in endpoint security and tool management.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (must-have).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Symantec, or similar EDR/XDR tools.
Experience working in cloud environments (preferably Azure or AWS).
Strong understanding of endpoint security architecture, compliance, and threat management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.

Experience in global enterprise environments.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and policy deployment.
