This role is for a motivated and talented individual to work in the Production Management team as an L2 analyst in CIB Technology.Provide L2 level of support for Middle Office, Operations and Front office global teams. Provide coverage which will require shift/rotation and occasionally might include weekend work Ownership till closure of all issues raised to L3 team, at agreed service levels Strong ability to troubleshoot application defects Ability to collaborate and manage strong relationship with all technology stakeholders, including AD team Participate in and manage Incident Management and Problem Management processes to resolve Production issues and root cause analysis, resolution, and reporting Delivering JPMC initiative and process improvement projects on time and in-scope. Help production support teams to maintain a knowledge base of known defects, issues, process, techniques etc. Update and manage problem tickets appropriately Provide ongoing feedback to production support teams Review production changes and adhere to change management guidelines Monitoring tool Geneos and python programming would be a plus.
