Posting Description:Position Title Senior Manager/Chief Manager

Health OperationsJob Dimensions (role and responsibilities):Coordinate the processing of all policy data and endorsements to ensure changes are accurately detailed and implementedCoordinate with underwriters/TPAs, policy administration and customer service teams to address endorsement requests efficientlyEnsure all endorsements are processed within agreed timelines and meet quality standardsIdentify opportunities to streamline endorsement processes and implement best practicesCollaborate with IT and process teams to automate or improve endorsement workflowsWork closely with and coordinate activities across PMO, operations and service delivery functionsWork with operations leadership in the development of solutions in line with strategy.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all endorsement activities follow regulatory requirements and internal policiesConduct regular audits and quality checks on processed endorsementsImplementation of quality tools and automation processesReporting & AnalysisPrepare regular reports on endorsement volumes, turnaround times, and quality metricsAnalyse data to identify trends and areas for improvementManage operations business planning and performance reporting.THE PERSON Qualification Other Certifications, if any Years of proven experienceGraduate/PostgraduateNA6-10 Years of Experience.Skills and AttitudeProven experience in large-scale project or operations management, ideally in census or survey contextsFamiliarity with data collection and processing methodologies/ Data management systemsUnderstanding of employee benefits insurance products and claims processes.Knowledge and experience in project management, statistics or a related fieldStrong leadership and management skills.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies.Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and compliance standards.Strong communication and coordination skills.#LINKEDINTAG
